1. Fill cuvette with HEPES: 8 seconds     2. Add sample & mix:14 seconds                  

3. Insert cuvette & press READ: 12 seconds 4. Add ADIFAB2 & mix: 16 seconds

5. Insert cuvette & press ENTER: 6 seconds 6. FFAu value displays: 12 seconds
